We are delighted to announce that we are now working in partnership with Pilotlight.

Pilotlight helps ambitious charities and social enterprises thrive by harnessing the skills of business leaders. The Pilotlight Programme coaches leaders of charities and social enterprises to develop their business skills, strengthen their organisation and increase its impact.

The Dorothy Parkes Centre were selected, after an application by our CEO, Robert Bruce, to participate in Pilotlight's 'Unlocking Insights' programme which will help us improve our strategic position by providing actionable recommendations, plans and tools to drive an opportunity forwards or overcome a problem.

The programme is 12 weeks long and Robert will be supported by a minimum of six Pilotlighters who all hold executive roles in different departments within Barclays.

"We were delighted to be offered a place on the Unlocking Insights programme as we feel that the Centre is now at the stage where we need to consider our business and strategic planning for the next 3-5 years. This programme will provide us with support from some highly skilled executives who have vast knowledge and experience in business planning which help strengthen our Centre's offer to our local community and help us to become more sustainable."
