Come and enjoy the benefits of yoga at Dorothy Parkes Centre

We have held a Wednesday evening class at the Centre for a number of years but now we also offer something a bit different on a Monday afternoon.

Chair Yoga for Seniors - Monday

Launched in 2019 and delivered by Claire, this alternative to traditional yoga is ideal for those with mobility issues. Chairs and mats are provided, sessions last one hour from 3pm - 4pm and there is a £3.50 charge.

Yoga with Punam - Wednesday

Punam has been delivering Yoga at the Centre for a number of years and is a very experienced instructor.

Punam states that the Yoga class she delivers is called Patanjali, which includes Pranayama, Asnas, Meditation and Relaxation. The classes are ideal for all ages and abilities and no previous experience is required.

Sessions last one hour from 5.30pm - 6.30pm and it is £2.50 per session.
