As we emerge from the pandemic, the needs and challenges for members of our local community are more significant and diverse than they have ever been.

We have supported our local community for over twenty years and are extremely ambitious. We want to grow and expand what we offer so that we can reach and support more people, particularly those with the greatest needs and challenges.

This is a crucial time for our organisation and follows a Weston Charity Award and Trusted Charity Quality Mark accreditations, proving that we operate to a high standard.

We want to expand our Board of Trustees and build on our plans and vision for the next 3 – 5 years.

Do you have the passion, skills and enthusiasm to help us on to the next stage of our journey?

We would like to hear from ambitious people who believe they have the skills and enthusiasm that can support the growth of the charity in order to reach and support existing and new beneficiaries.

Knowledge of one or more of the topics below would be desirable but not essential;

· Finance, fundraising and income generation

· Marketing, Digital, & PR

· Property Management

· Health & Safety

· Managing strategic growth and development

· The DPC or similar organisation, services, and activities

· The Sandwell area

We would particularly welcome interest from young adults (18-30) and those with diverse backgrounds or life experiences.
