As part of the celebrations around the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games which took place this summer, and the new Aquatics Centre in Smethwick hosting the swimming & diving events, Celebrate Sandwell was created to celebrate "Bostin People" and "Bostin Places" in the area

A number of our regular users have been kind enough to nominate some of our volunteers as 'Bostin People' and our Centre as a 'Bostin Place' - a celebration of community, place, pride, heritage, culture and diversity.
