Gentle Yoga

Monday @ 1.30pm - 2.30pm, £3.50 per session

Seated Yoga primarily for the over 50's but open to everyone.

This class combines breath work and physical movement to regulate the nervous system, whilst working on increasing muscle strength, flexibility and balance. Suitable for all levels of yoga experience. Variations will be given for all postures to enable you to get the most out of your practice.


Friday @ 5.30pm - 6.30pm, £4.00 per session

Restoring overall health & wellbeing. This class includes breathing techniques, postures, relaxation, chanting, and other meditation methods. Please bring your own mat.  Book for this class here:  Book Online
