Join us for Plot to Plate, a series of six free inspirational cookery sessions focused on making the most of fresh, home-grown and locally sourced produce.

Delivered in partnership with Food for Thought CIC, this practical and friendly course will help participants discover simple ways to create nutritious, affordable meals while reducing food waste and making the most of seasonal ingredients.

Whether you grow your own vegetables, shop locally, or simply want to learn more about sustainable cooking, these sessions will provide practical skills, recipes and ideas to take home.

What You'll Learn

Throughout the course, participants will:

  • Learn how to pick, prepare and preserve seasonal produce
  • Create simple and delicious meals using fresh ingredients
  • Explore nutritious, plant-based cooking techniques
  • Discover ways to reduce food waste in the kitchen
  • Learn how to make the most of affordable, locally available ingredients
  • Build confidence in preparing healthy, sustainable meals

No previous cooking experience is required.

Participants can book individual sessions or attend the full six-week programme.
