Gentle Yoga - Monday

This class combines breath work  and physical movement to regulate the nervous system, whilst working on increasing muscle strength, flexibility and balance.

You will practice holding postures for 3-5 breaths to encourage you to connect deeper to your body and breath. The practice will be closed with a short guided relaxation.

Suitable for all levels of yoga experience. Variations will be given for all postures to enable you to get the most out of your practice.

The use of yoga props is encouraged.
